- Company registration number: to be completed before this store trades.
- VAT number: to be completed before this store trades.
2. Current status of this website
Ordering is not enabled on this website. The bag and checkout pages are provided so you can plan a purchase, but no order can be submitted, no payment is taken and no contract of sale is formed through this site at present. If you want to buy something, email us.
3. How a contract would be formed
When ordering becomes available: placing an order is an offer to buy. Our acknowledgement email confirms we received it. It is not acceptance. The contract forms only when we dispatch the goods, and it covers only the goods listed in the dispatch confirmation.
4. Prices, VAT and errors
Prices are shown in EUR and include VAT at the applicable rate. Delivery is charged separately and shown before you commit. A free-delivery threshold applies and is shown in your bag.If a price is obviously wrong, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than supply at the wrong price. We will always tell you first.
5. Delivery
1 to 2 working days in Ireland · 2 to 4 to the UK Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Under EU consumer law, if we fail to deliver within 30 days you may set a further reasonable period and, if that passes, cancel and receive a full refund.
6. Your right to change your mind
As a consumer you may cancel within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason, under the Consumer Rights Act 2022. Tell us by email within that period. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods. We refund within 14 days of receiving them back, or of proof that you sent them, including standard outbound delivery.
Wexfur Retail Limited offers a longer window than the statutory minimum: 30 days from delivery for unused goods in resaleable condition. That is in addition to your statutory rights, not instead of them.
The statutory cooling-off right does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed, to goods made to your specification, or to goods that deteriorate rapidly.
7. Faulty or misdescribed goods
Goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. If they are not, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, price reduction or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2022. Nothing in these terms limits those rights, and nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
